<li>Surabaya – up to 7 return services a week</li>
<li>Wuxi – up to 4 return services a week </li>

Travellers of eligible nationalities arriving at Changi Airport will be able to use the automated lanes for immigration clearance when they arrive in Singapore. Details are available on <a href="https://www.ica.gov.sg/enter-depart/for-visitors/ACI#:~:text=The%20Automated%20Clearance%20Initiative%20(ACI,clearance%20at%20the%20immigration%20counters.&amp;text=You%20are%20eligible%20to%20enrol,the%20corresponding%20criteria%20are%20met.&amp;text=There%20is%20no%20separate%20registration%20required">ICA’s website</a>.

From 1 May 2025, all visitors to Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online before arrival, whether entering by air, land, or sea. This replaces the previous paper-based arrival form, streamlining the immigration process.
Key information:

<li>TDAC is mandatory for all non-Thai nationals.</li>
<li>Registration must be completed within 3 days before arrival.</li>
<li>Apply online at: <a href="https://tdac.immigration.go.th/arrival-card/#/home">tdac.immigration.go.th</a></li>
</ul>
Visitors who do not complete the TDAC before arrival may face delays at immigration. Please submit all required information in advance to ensure a smooth entry process.

All travellers entering Singapore, including Singapore citizens, are required to complete the online <a title="https://www.ica.gov.sg/enter-transit-depart/entering-singapore/sg-arrival-card" href="https://www.ica.gov.sg/enter-transit-depart/entering-singapore/sg-arrival-card" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC)</a>.
This must be completed before checking in and boarding your flight. 
If you are only transiting through Singapore, you do not need to submit a SGAC - this is only required if you are clearing immigration at Changi Airport. 
The form can be submitted up to three days before you are expected to arrive in Singapore.
