Where to go at the domestic terminal
Visit the Brisbane Airport page for a map of the new temporary check-in/bag drop facility and security screening point.
Remember, you can head straight to the security screening point if you have carry-on baggage only and your boarding pass.
If you’re getting dropped off by car, we recommend using the first Qantas passenger drop-off zone. Travelling with checked baggage
Follow the steps below to check in your baggage at one of our bag tag kiosks.
- Make sure you’ve checked in via the Jetstar app or our website before arriving and have saved your digital boarding pass to your phone
- Scan your mobile boarding pass or PDF at a bag tag kiosk to print your bag tags. To help with the scanning process, don’t forget to increase your phone's screen brightness to 100%
- Attach the tag to the side of your bag and head to the bag-drop area. If you have multiple bags to check in, please put a tag on each bag
- Go to the bag-drop area to check in your tagged baggage
- Head to the new security screening point and your boarding gate
International flights departing from Brisbane Airport
At this stage, these upgrades will only impact flights departing from the domestic terminal.
