If your original booking was made on the Jetstar website or by phone with Jetstar, you can make limited changes at Manage booking. You’ll need your booking reference number and the email address in your booking.

If your original booking was made through a travel agent, please contact the travel agent to make changes.
It’s easy to add baggage, in-flight meals and entertainment to your booking – just go to Manage booking.
If changes to your booking are permitted, you can make changes up until airport check-in opens for your flight – these times are available on your itinerary or see: When do I need to get to the airport?
