Our Garden Bures are surrounded by lush tropical gardens and are perfect for a couple looking for comfortable and quaint accommodations. These bures include a King sized bed, a stone shower, a private walled courtyard in the back for lounging, and air conditioning.

Our Two Bedroom Bures are located on a hillside surrounded by lush tropical gardens and rain trees. These bures include two private bedrooms with one King bed each, a day bed in the living area, one bathroom and a screened in porch. The Two Bedroom Bures are fully air conditioned, and are perfect for families or couples traveling together.

Situated along the golf course, the Two Bedroom Pool Bures include two private rooms with one Queen Bed and two twin beds, a living area and kitchen, one bathroom with an indoor tile shower and an outdoor stone shower, a large shady front porch with hanging hammock chair, views of the golf course and rainforest, as well as your own private plunge pool.

Located over our lily ponds near the rainforest’s edge, these villas are a great addition to modern accommodations for a family, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms in a setting along the stream. The lower level of this villa includes two private bedrooms with queen beds and one bathroom with a outdoor stone shower, as well as a full kitchen, dining room, and living area. The second floor is the master suite with a King size bed, twin vanities and master bath with large soaking tub. The master bedroom is appointed with a rooftop deck overlooking the stream, surrounded by shady raintrees.

ADULTS ONLY. The Edgewater Floating Bures offer a direct on-the-water experience. The adults only accommodation is 380 square feet in size, each floating within the protected marina of the resort offering a unique experience for those who love to snorkel and kayak right from their bure deck. Each bure lends itself to traditional Fijian decor with touches of nautical style, native “Dogo” wood accents, and tropical thatched roofing. The Floating Bure includes a King sized built in bed, modern bathroom with shower, separate lounge area, mini fridge, and air conditioning throughout. The Edgewater Floating Bures are Fiji’s only floating accommodation.

The bures offer a traditional Fijian style with tropical thatched roofing and a private porch elevated above the lagoon. Each porch offers a private beach area with a ladder that leads directly into the lagoon. These bures offer spacious bathrooms with his and her vanities, King size romantic beds, and expansive views of the lagoon from the tropical lounge area and master bedroom. The Edgewater Bures offer the best value for guests seeking a waterfront experience in Fiji.

The Edgewater Pool Bures are the newest addition to our Edgewater Lagoon and offer direct access to the ocean from a private ladder extending from the Bure’s private balcony. This family friendly accommodation has a private courtyard, and plunge pool. The Edgewater Pool Bure offers a spacious bathroom with his and her vanities as well as a rain shower and bathtub within the lounge area allowing you to enjoy expansive ocean views. Each bure lends itself to contemporary Fijian decor with high vaulted ceilings and tropical thatched roofing. The Edgewater Pool Bure includes a King sized bed, sofa bed, mini fridge, and air conditioning throughout.

The Edgewater Villas are located partially over the water, in the Edgewater Lagoon. Our family friendly villas are two story. You will enter the villa through a private garden with your own plunge pool, sundeck and bridge over the pool. The lower level includes a relaxing living area furnished with soft leather and palm woods, complete with a full kitchen, dining room, second room and bathroom with shower. The room downstairs is equipped with a sofa pull out bed. Right off the living room you can access the ocean from your deck with ladder to Koro Bay during high tide. The whole second floor is the master suite with a king sized bed, leather lounge, and private rooftop deck overlooking the lagoon.

The Marina Bure is perched along the edge of the resort’s marina along a peninsula of land surrounded by water. This two bedroom villa has a King sized bed in each bedroom suite, each with their own deck overlooking the lagoon. The Marina Villa has two bathrooms, one with an outdoor stone shower and the other with a private spa tub. The bure has a private pool and garden, as well as a wrap around veranda to enjoy the views of the lagoon, palm tree lined coast and marina.

Our two story Treetop Villa is over one thousand square feet in size and fully furnished in teak and palm wood furniture. The downstairs living room has a day bed for lounging and a wet bar. You will enjoy surrounding decks on the lower level along with a private plunge pool, outdoor shower, and stunning views from every angle. The second floor master bedroom suite has an over-sized built in bed, TV with DVD player, and a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean, golf course, and rainforest beyond.

Situated on the water’s edge and mimicking a true lighthouse, our Lighthouse Villa is great for couples looking for a unique and private experience on the Koro Lagoon. The master bedroom is appointed with a Queen size bed and shower with bathroom. This villa is complete with a kitchen and lounge area, a private water’s edge patio and plunge pool, and an outdoor stone shower.

This 3,000 square foot, five bedroom private villa is architecturally stunning, offering spectacular 360 degree views over the resort, rainforest and Koro Sea. Mountain Top Villa offers a large, free form infinity edge swimming pool situated between two buildings, as the focal point of this accommodation. Mountain Top also features a large great room with full kitchen, private master bedroom with large circular screened in deck, and four additional bedrooms that share two bathrooms.

Vesi Villa is a beautiful 2500 square foot, three bedroom private villa with high vaulted hardwood beam ceilings and quality tropical palm wood furnishings. This home has a large living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen, as well as two master bedroom suites, each with wet bars, luxury bathrooms, and outdoor stone showers. The third bedroom has two twin sized beds and private bathroom with an outdoor stone shower. Vesi Villa has a beautiful setting under the shade of a large rain tree, spectacular views of the ocean, a private soaking pool, and spacious verandas off of each room. This is a great home for a larger family with lots of room to spread out.

Your home away from home is complete with a kitchen, dining room, lounge area and screened porch.
