Our family ensuite rooms are perfect for small groups or travelling families! These rooms have air-conditioning, tea/coffee facilities, a small fridge and outdoor seating. Two of our family rooms look out onto the beautiful Cheela Plains, the other has its own grassed area.
The bedding configuration is one queen bed, 2 king single beds and one trundle bed. A port-a-cot can be set up on request (BYO cot linen).

SEASONAL TOURIST RATE POLICY
Cancellation of booking 14 days or more before scheduled arrival refunded in full, less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellation of booking less than 14 days before scheduled arrival will be considered non-refundable. This includes a 100% cancellation fee for early departures.
KEY POLICY
Guests travelling out and around the station on the 4x4 Self-Drive Safari will require a key that can be collected at reception. To obtain a key guests must agree to a $50 replacement charge if the key is not returned. This penalty will be charged to the credit or debit card supplied at check-in. Alternatively, if a credit or debit card was not supplied a $50 deposit will be required to obtain the key.

PET POLICY
Pets are permitted on leads but you agree that they are not allowed to enter accommodation or cleaning fees will apply of $75.00. This does not apply to seeing eye dogs.
Guests are required to clean up after pets in all areas of the station stay including on any station drives/ wilderness camps.
GUEST ACCOUNTABILITY
Failure to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in your booking confirmation, which includes but is not exclusive to, damages caused to your accommodation/campground site and its contents, breach of campground guidelines and overstaying will be subject to additional charges. Cheela Plains Station Stay reserves the right to deduct these charges, in addition to accommodation, to the presented credit or debit card supplied at check-in.
