Travel Agents will have exclusive access to apply promo code JQAGTHUB onto selected bookings made through the Jetstar Agent Hub. Travel Agents can utilise these promo codes for either personal flights and/or when booking flights for your customers for the routes/flights shown below. Blackout periods and T&Cs apply, also shown below.
The promo code is to be added on the payment page in the Jetstar Agent Hub.

Jetstar Airways Promo Code Terms and Conditions for Jetstar Agent Hub
- Sale fares
- Negotiated fares
- Bookings made via Jetstar.com
- Bookings made through any API connections
- Bookings made via the GDS
- Flights not included in Eligible Jetstar Flights table
- For travel during blackout dates on flights included in the Eligible Jetstar Flights table
- The availability of Promo codes;
- The Routes/Flights that are included within the promotion;
- The level of the discount; and
- These terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
1. Eligibility: Promo codes are valid for bookings made by Travel Agents through the Jetstar Agent Hub only. Travel Agents must be registered and active Jetstar Agent Hub users and have agreed to and comply with relevant Jetstar Agent Hub and Jetstar Travel Agent Terms and Conditions. Bookings made via Jetstar.com, any API connections, or the Global Distribution System (GDS) are excluded.

3. Usage: Promo codes must be entered at the time of booking, on the payment page, to be valid. They cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings. The discount will be in the same currency as the booking is paid for in, for example, if the flight is paid for in AUD the promo code will be in AUD as well.
4. Validity: Each route has a specific validity period, shown on this page and only applies to the routes and or flights also shownon the Eligible Jetstar Flights table. Promo codes cannot be extended or reissued once expired.
5. Non-Transferable: Promo codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
6. Limitations: Only one promo code can be used per booking. Discounts apply per person, per Eligible Jetstar Flights. Promo codes cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
7. Changes and Cancellations: If a booking made with a promo code is changed or cancelled, the promo code may not be reapplied to the new booking, and no refund or credit will be provided for the value of the promo code.
8. Misuse: Jetstar Airways reserves the right to cancel any booking or refuse the use of a promo code if it is found to be misused or used in violation of these terms and conditions.
9. Travel Agent Terms and Conditions: All bookings made using promo codes are also subject to the Jetstar Travel Agent Terms and Conditions.
