With travel restrictions changing regularly at the moment, we know you’ll need flexibility around your travel plans. So we’re giving you some extra flex (and some extra peace of mind) when you book a flight with us.
Fly Flexible
Fly Flexible gives you one fee-free date change on applicable bookings. A Fare Difference, if any, still applies. Changes must be made before your flight opens for check-in at the airport.
Fly Flexible is valid for Jetstar Asia (3K) flight bookings made between 7 March 2020 and 30 June 2022, for travel before 31 August 2023.
Head to Manage Booking to choose your new flight or make other changes to your booking.
If you booked your flights before 7 March 2020
You can change the time or date of your flight online at Manage Booking. Your standard fare rules will apply.
Greater flexibility when using credit vouchers
We’ve recently improved our travel vouchers. New and existing unused travel vouchers issued due to the impact of COVID-19 on travel by Jetstar Asia (3K) have become multi-use vouchers, and are valid for longer. Find out more about our credit vouchers here. Customers can check their credit amount by visiting the voucher balance portal.
If you booked your holiday through a travel agent
If you made your booking through a travel agent or third-party website (eg Expedia, Skyscanner, etc), and your booking includes hotels, cars or other holiday extras, please contact them for assistance.
If your booking only includes Jetstar flights, you will be able to cancel your flight and request a voucher online. For instructions on how to do this, please view this page
What if my flight is cancelled?
If your upcoming flight is cancelled, we will contact you directly to advise you about your available options.
These may include a free date/time move, a credit voucher to the full value of the unused/untravelled flights, or a cash refund depending on the circumstances of the cancellation
I still want or need to travel elsewhere overseas – can I?
