Oaks Resort & Spa Hervey Bay is located on Hervey Bay’s picturesque Esplanade, just a pebble’s throw to renowned, family friendly beaches, the resort offers every guest an unforgettable stay for all the right reasons. Whether you’re seeking a romantic getaway, family adventure or private retreat, our Resort can cater to you. Our one, two and three bedroom suites have it all - spacious lounge and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry and a balcony or private patio. Please note that access to Reception and Carparking at 26 Hibiscus Street. Reception hours are 6:30 AM – 09:00 PM, daily. For out of hours arrivals – we have a safe drop box located next to the lifts in our basement carpark (2.1m clearance height for vehicles). Generally, we contact all late arrivals prior to reception closing and advise their dropbox code to retrieve keys and instructions for room access. If they have not been contacted, or there is any other issue with arrival – the guest is to call standard reception phone number 4194 9700 and call is forwarded to our Night Answering Team who will advise or allow access to the property.

Reception located 26 Hibiscus Street Urangan, open 7am-9pm Monday to Sunday. Please call the Resort on the number on your confirmation to arrange after hours check-in.
