Domestic cancellation policy: Cancellation fees of up to 100% apply. International cancellation policy: One fee-free date change is permitted on new bookings made before 30 June 2022 (extended from 30 April 2022) - for travel before 31 August 2023. Changes must be made at least 15 days before your scheduled date of departure. A price difference may apply.

No fees apply if you are entitled to a refund or alternative flight under the Australian Consumer Law or Conditions of Carriage. All travel is subject to the Jetstar Conditions of Carriage, applicable Fare Rules and Jetstar Holidays Booking Conditions.

Fares do not include checked baggage, unless otherwise specified. Carefully check the carry-on baggage limits, including size restrictions, as they will be strictly applied.
