An incidental deposit applies upon check-in by either credit card or cash deposit. Guests are required to activate signing privileges by allowing a deposit of THB 1000 per room per day to be authorized on their card or in cash (Initial maximum of THB 5,000 per stay). This is to help the guest avoid the need of carry around cash or credit card (especially when in the pool), so they can easily sign things to their room (e.g. food, drinks, room service, transportation, spa, pay TV, laundry, other services). Any unused part of the deposit will be refunded (if cash) or released (if credit card pre-authorization) in Thai Baht. An option of credit card pre-authorization, the refund process is approximately 14 days depends on the bank account.

Bed types are request only and may not be honoured at the hotel if availability does not permit.
